My name is Patty and I’ve made it my life mission to serve others on their healing journeys with love, lack of judgment, and finding joy in the little things.
I am a certified Reiki Practitioner, Holistic Health Coach, and Kangen Water Distributor.
I love travelling, practicing karma yoga, taking risks for growth, all the yummy vegan food available, and helping others create a life abundant in health and freedom!
This online sanctuary is designed to help you and myself as we dive into the world of health and wellness together. My intention for this site and blog is to allow you to discover new parts of yourself and heal through anything that needs healing. I believe that we’re all mirrors for each other and my hope for you is that, whatever I reflect back to you or trigger within you in some way, allows you to search deep within and find the power and love to work through it. Personal experience has shown me that healing isn’t always the easy, beautiful, light-filled journey it’s perceived to be – it’s deep work; but, I hope you find it as worthwhile as I do!
