Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique using gentle hands-on and hands-off healing. The word comes from two Japanese words: Rei – “Higher Power” and Ki – “life force energy.” This technique treats the body, mind, emotions, and spirit which creates amazing benefits such as relaxation, feelings of peace, security, and overall well-being. It complements all other medical and/or therapeutic techniques in order to relieve negative side effects and promote the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

As a practitioner, I become a vessel for Universal life force energy to flow through me and the client for the client’s greatest and highest good. During treatment, I take the time to clear, balance and energize your chakras in addition to cleansing your aura to enable deeper healing, grounding, and protection of your energy. In all sessions, I work with crystals, sound healing, intuitive messages, and Ho’oponopono (a Hawaiian practice for forgiveness & reconciliation) in order to elevate and attune the frequencies of your body, mind, and spirit. At the end of each session, we discuss what may have come up and how to integrate what you discover from your session into your daily life.
